Delivery ScheduleYou are responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges associated with each item according to the courier service charged. All orders will be delivered via Poslaju or any other courier service available for that particular region. For orders within Malaysia products should arrive within 2 -14 business days later, depending on area shipped to after payment is received. For orders outside Malaysia products should arrive between 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Delivery will not be effected on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday. Delays in delivering your order might happen due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the Product due to your absence in receiving the Products at the designated address agreed by you, or your failure to provide accurate or complete address or other details required for delivery, you agree that you shall bear the cost of any further deliveries of the Products to you and that Pregan Sdn Bhd shall give no refund to you for the Products or for the delivery charges thereto under the aforementioned circumstances. Pregan Sdn Bhd will deliver to the shipping address that the customer specifies. However, additional charges may apply if the package is redirected to an address which is incomplete or a correction is required by Courier Service. Pregan Sdn Bhd is not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.
